Hot-rolled Annealing Pickling Line

    The pickling production line uses hot-rolled black leather coils as raw materials to meet the required surface and performance requirements through double uncoiling, welding, annealing, scale breaking, shot blasting, pickling, cleaning, drying, coiling and other processes.

    The scale breaker is mainly used in the pickling line to remove the oxide skin on the surface of the steel strip, reduce the consumption of acid liquor during the pickling line, and improve the surface defects of the strip.

    The unit adopts two-level automatic control and has speed, tension, current and full digital display.
